These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern your use of Ippodaro Med Spa & Salon's website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Ownership and Use of Site Content

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Ippodaro Med Spa & Salon and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on the Site for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the express written consent of Ippodaro Med Spa & Salon.

3. Appointment & Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposit requirements vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of scheduling. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

Cancellation Policy : We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or modify your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the scheduled service price.

No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments will be charged a fee of 10% of the scheduled service price. Clients with repeated no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.

Rescheduling: You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at no charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other guests. Full service fees may still apply.

4. Links to Other Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not under the control of Ippodaro Med Spa & Salon. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these sites and do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any information presented on them.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ippodaro Med Spa & Salon makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content on the Site.

We may also modify this Agreement at any time by posting a new version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ippodaro Med Spa & Salon regarding your use of the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral, written, or electronic.
